Meet the Team
Andy White
Founder & Service Director
Andy is the founder and technical backbone of the business, with 16 years’ experience as a qualified refrigeration and HVAC engineer. Fully FGAS certified, he has worked extensively in demanding environments such as manufacturing plants and pharmaceutical facilities, where precision, compliance, and reliability are critical.
His experience includes stability cabinets for pharmaceutical testing, AHUs for ventilation and cleanroom compliance, and large scale chillers and heat pumps.
Andy also specialises in modern hydrocarbon systems, including propane (R290), and CO2, delivering high efficiency and sustainability.
Known for his hands-on approach and depth of technical knowledge, Andy is always happy to take a call to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, or offer advice, helping clients minimise downtime and keep complex systems running at their best.
Fiona McDonagh
Operations Manager
Fiona oversees the day to day operations of the business, bringing 6 years of industry
experience and a strong focus on customer service.
She manages quotes, scheduling, client communication, supplier coordination, accounts and project oversight – ensuring every job runs smoothly from first contact to completion.
Office based and highly tech savvy, Fiona keeps clients informed at every stage while
continuously improving systems and processes to deliver fast, clear, and hassle free service.
